NTB, September 2021: Room Occupancy Rate Star Hotel and Non-Star Hotel Increased

Abstract

The occupancy rate of star hotel in September 2021 increased compared to the previous month. Occupancy rate in September 2021 was 38,49 percent, increased by 13,11 points from its value in August 2021 which was 25,38 percent. Moreover, if compared to its value in September 2020, the rate also increased by 6,56 points.

The occupancy rate of non-star hotel in September 2021 reached 16,75 percent, increased around 3,19 points from August 2021 which was 13,56 percent. Meanwhile, if compared to the last year (September 2020), the value decreased by 1,14 points from the initial value of 16,89 percent.

The average of night spent of star hotel guest in September 2021 was 2,26 days. It increased by 0,05 compared to August 2021.

The average of night spent of non-star hotel guests in September 2021 reached 1,47 days, increased by 0,02 from its value in August 2021 which was 1,45 days.

The number of tourists stayed in the star hotel in September 2021 recorded at 36.702 persons which account for 36.261 of domestic guest (98,80 percent) and 441 of foreign guest (1,20 percent).

The number of tourists stayed in the non-star hotel in September 2021 recorded at 43.321 persons which account for 42.658 of domestic guest (98,47 percent) and 663 of foreign guest (1,53 percent).
