NTB, October 2022: Room Occupancy Rate both for Star and Non Star Hotel Increased

▪ The occupancy rate of star hotel in October 2022 decreased compared to the previous month. The occupancy rate in October 2022 was 34,70 percent, decreased by 0,53 points from its value in September 2022 which was 35,23 percent. Moreover, if compared to October 2021, the rate also decreased by 6,99 points.

▪ The occupancy rate of non-star hotel in October 2022 reached 20,74 percent, decreased around 1,07 points from September 2022 which was 21,81 percent. Meanwhile, if compared to last year (October 2021), the value increased by 4,60 points from the initial value of 16,14 percent.

▪ The average of night spent of star hotel guest in October 2022 was 1,91 days. It decreased by 0,01 days compared to September 2022.

▪ The average of night spent of non-star hotel guests in October 2022 reached 1,40 days, decreased by 0,03 days from its value in September 2022 which was 1,43 days.

▪ The number of tourists stayed in the star hotel in October 2022 recorded at 69.642 persons which account for 61.167 of domestic guest (87,83 percent) and 8.475 foreign guest (12,17 percent).

▪ The number of tourists stayed in the non-star hotel in October 2022 recorded at 55.623 persons which account for 49.250 persons of domestic guest (88,54 percent) and 6.373 guest (11,46 percent).
