NTB, February 2022: Room Occupancy Rate of Non Strar Hotel was Increased

Abstract

The occupancy rate of star hotel in February 2022 decreased compared to the previous month. The occupancy rate in February 2022 was 29,31 percent, decreased by 2,04 points from its value in January 2022 which was 31,35 percent. Meanwhile, if compared to February 2021, the rate increased by 1,89 points.

The occupancy rate of non-star hotel in February 2022 reached 17,41 percent, increased around 3,20 points from January 2022 which was 14,21 percent. Meanwhile, if compared to last year (February 2021), the value increased by 3,01 points from the initial value of 14,40 percent.

The average of night spent of star hotel guest in February 2022 was 2,08 days. It decreased by 0,26 days compared to January 2022.

The average of night spent of non-star hotel guests in February 2022 reached 1,21 days, decreased by 0,16 days from its value in January 2022 which was 1,37 days.

The number of tourists stayed in the star hotel in February 2022 recorded at 40.893 persons which account for 39.690 of domestic guest (97,06 percent) and 1.203 foreign guest (2,94 percent).

The number of tourists stayed in the non-star hotel in February 2022 recorded at 44.020 persons which account for 43.080 persons of domestic guest (97,86 percent) and 940 foreign guest (2,14 percent).
