NTB, March 2021: Room Occupancy Rate of Star Hotel About 36,45 Percent

Abstract

The occupancy rate of star hotel in March 2021 increased compared to the previous month. Occupancy rate in March 2021 was 36,45 percent, increased by 5,25 points from its value in February 2021 which was 31,20 percent. Meanwhile, if compared to its value in March 2020, the rate increased by 19,07 points.

The occupancy rate of non-star hotel in March 2021 reached 15,36 percent, increased around 0,96 point from February 2021 which was 14,40 percent. Meanwhile, if compared to the last year (March 2020), the value increased by 3,15 points from the initial value of 12,21 percent.

The average of night spent of star hotel guest in March 2021 was 2,07 days. It decreased by 0,45 day compared to February 2021.

The average of night spent of non-star hotel guests in March 2021 reached 1,22 days, increased by 0,01 from its value in February 2021 which was 1,21 days.

The number of tourists stayed in the star hotel in March 2021 recorded at 39.610 persons which account for 38.810 of domestic guest (97,98 percent) and 800 of foreign guest (2,02 percent).

The number of tourists stayed in the non-star hotel in March 2021 recorded at 46.053 persons which account for 45.897 of domestic guest (99,66 percent) and 156 of foreign guest (0,34 percent).
