NTB, May 2021: Room Occupancy Rate Star Hotel about 28,52 Percent

Abstract

The occupancy rate of star hotel in May 2021 increased compared to the previous month. Occupancy rate in May 2021 was 28,52 percent, increased by 1,48 points from its value in April 2021 which was 27,04 percent. Meanwhile, if compared to its value in May 2020, the rate also increased by 14,10 points.

The occupancy rate of non-star hotel in May 2021 reached 12,24 percent, decreased around 0,39 points from April 2021 which was 12,63 percent. Meanwhile, if compared to the last year (May 2020), the value increased by 4,34 points from the initial value of 7,90 percent.

The average of night spent of star hotel guest in May 2021 was 2,31 days. It increased by 0,64 day compared to April 2021.

The average of night spent of non-star hotel guests in May 2021 reached 1,43 days, increased by 0,01 from its value in April 2021 which was 1,42 days.

The number of tourists stayed in the star hotel in May 2021 recorded at 31.495 persons which account for 31.004 of domestic guest (98,44 percent) and 491 of foreign guest (1,54 percent).

The number of tourists stayed in the non-star hotel in May 2021 recorded at 39.284 persons which account for 38.998 of domestic guest (99,67 percent) and 286 of foreign guest (0,33 percent).
