NTB, December 2020: Room Occupancy Rate of Starred Hotel was Recorded About 43,90 Percent

Abstract

The occupancy rate of star hotel in December 2020 increased compared to the previous month. Occupancy rate in December 2020 was 43,90 percent, increased by 6,60 points from its value in November 2020 which was 37,30 percent. Meanwhile, if compared to its value in December 2019, the rate fell by 3,89 points.

The occupancy rate of non-star hotel in December 2020 reached 21,78 percent, increased around 2,53 points from November 2020 which was 19,25 percent. Meanwhile, if compared to the last year (December 2019), the value decreased by 9,34 points from the initial value of 31,12 percent.

The average of night spent of star hotel guests in December 2020 was 1,98 days. It increased by 0,10 day compared to November 2020.

The average of night spent of non-star hotel guests in December 2020 reached 1,27 days, increased by 0,07 day from its value in November 2020 which was 1,34 days.

The number of tourists stayed in the star hotel in December 2020 recorded at 53.539 persons which account for 52.800 persons of domestic guest (98,62 percent) and 739 persons of foreign guest (1,38 percent).

The number of tourists stayed in the non-star hotel in December 2020 recorded at 46.308 persons which account for 46.073 persons of domestic guest (99,49 percent) and 235 persons of foreign guest (0,51 percent).
