NTB, April 2020: Room Occupancy Rate Both Starred and Non-Starred Hotel Was Decreased

The occupancy rate of star hotel in April 2020 decreased compared to the previous month. Occupancy rate in April 2020 was 6,23 percent, decreased by 12,84 points from its value in March 2020 which was 19,07 percent. Moreover, if compared to its value in April 2020, the rate also fell by 33,20 points.

The average of the night spent by guests of star hotel in April 2020 was 2,89 days. It increased by 0,69 day compared to the average night spent in March 2020.

The number of tourists stayed in the star hotel in April 2020 recorded at 2.790 persons which account for 2.720 persons  of domestic guest (97,49 percent) and 70 persons of foreign guest (2,51 percent)

The occupancy rate of non-star hotel in April 2020 reached 4,49 percent, decreased around 7,72 points from March 2020 which was 12,21 percent. Moreover, if compared to the last year (April 2019), the value also decreased by 18,75 points from the initial value of 23,24 percent.

The average night spent of non-star hotel guests in April 2020 reached 1,29 days, decreased by 0,01 day from its value in March 2020 which was 1,28 days.
