Abstract

The occupancy rate of star hotel in March 2019 increased compared to February 2019. Occupancy rate in March 2019 was 34,11 percent, increased by 1,48 point from its value in February 2019 which was 32,63 percent. Meanwhile, if compared to its value in March 2018, the rate fell by 17,21 point.
The average of the night spent by guests of star hotel in March 2019 was 2,29 day. It was increased by 0,13 day compared to the average night spent in February 2019 which was 2,16 day.
The number of tourists stayed in the star hotel in March 2019 recorded at 51.051 persons which account for 40.925 persons of domestic guest (80,16 percent) and for 10.126 persons of foreign guest (19,84 percent)
The occupancy rate of non-star hotel in March 2019 reached 22,90 percent, increased around 2,30 point from February 2019 which was about 20,26 percent. While if compare to the last year (March 2018), the value decreased by 8,85 point from the value of 31,75 percent.
The average night spent of non-star hotel guests in March 2019 reached 1,56 day, decreased by 0,33 day from its value in February 2019 which was about 1,89 day.
