NTB, March 2020: Room Occupancy Rate of Starred Hotels Was 19.07 Percent

The occupancy rate of star hotel in March 2020 decreased compared to the previous month. Occupancy rate in March 2020 was 19,07 percent, decreased by 17,63 points from its value in February 2020 which was 36,70 percent. Moreover, if compared to its value in March 2019, the rate also fell by 15,04 points.

The average of the night spent by guests of star hotel in March 2020 was 2,20 days. It increased by 0,11 day compared to the average night spent in February 2020.

The number of tourists stayed in the star hotel in March 2020 recorded at 41.966 persons which account for 32.553 persons  of domestic guest (77,57 percent) and 9.413 persons of foreign guest (22,43 percent)

The occupancy rate of non-star hotel in March 2020 reached 12,21 percent, decreased around 6,61 points from February 2020 which was 18,82 percent. Moreover, if compared to the last year (March 2019), the value also decreased by 10,69 points from the initial value of 22,90 percent.

The average night spent of non-star hotel guests in March 2020 reached 1,28 day, decreased by 0,10 day from its value in February 2020 which was 1,38 day.
