NTB February 2018: TPK of Starred Hotels Rises to 40,60 Percent

·         The occupancy rate of star hotel in February 2018 was increased compared to January 2018. Occupancy rate in January 2018 was 37,91 percent, increased by 2,69 point in February 2018 in which the occupancy rate documented at 40,60 percent . Furthermore, if compared to its value in February 2018, the rate slightly decreased by 1,10 point.

·         The average of night spent of the guests of star hotel in February 2018 was 2,11 day. It was grew by  0,18 day compare to the average night spent in January 2018 that was 1,93 day. Furthermore, If compare to the average in February 2017, the average night spent increased by 0,15 day.

·         The number of tourists stayed in the star hotel in February 2018 recorded at 63.447 person which account for 47.230 person domestic  guest (74,44 percent) and for 16.217 person foreign guest (25,56 percent)

·         The occupancy rate of non-star hotel in February 2018 reached 25,46 percent, grew around 2,77 point from January 2018 which was around 22,87 percent. As if compare to the last year (February 2018), it was increased by 5,38 point from 20,26 percent.

The average night spent of non-star hotel guests in February 2018 reached 1,91 day, grew by 0,29 from its value in January 2018.  Meanwhile, comparing to February 2017  the average night spent increased about 0,30 day.
