NTB, November 2018: ROR of Starred Hotels was 38,24 percent

·         The occupancy rate of star hotel in November 2018 decreased compared to the previous month. Occupancy rate in November 2018 was 38,24 percent, decreased by 0,97 point from its value in October 2018 which was 39,21 percent. Moreover, if compared to its value in November 2017, the rate also fell by 14,24 point.

·         The average of the night spent by guests of star hotel in November 2018 was 2,37 day. It was decrease by 0,15 day compared to the average night spent in October 2018 which was 2,52 day.

·     The number of tourists stayed in the star hotel in November  2018 recorded at 46.026 persons which account for 39.451 persons  of domestic guest (85,71 percent) and 6.575 persons of foreign guest (14,29 percent)

·        The occupancy rate of non-star hotel in November 2018 reached 23,41 percent, increased around 1,93 point from October 2018 which was 21,48 percent. While, if compare to the last year (November 2017), the value increased by 2,42 point from the initial value of 25,83 percent.

     The average night spent of non-star hotel guests in November 2018 reached 1,90 day, increased by 0,31 day from its value in October 2018 which was 1,59 day.
