NTB, September 2022: Room Occupancy Rate of Star Hotels Rose by 0,16 Percent

Abstract

The occupancy rate of star hotel in September 2022 increased compared to the previous month. The occupancy rate in September 2022 was 35,23 percent, increased by 0,16 points from its value in August 2022 which was 35,07 percent. Meanwhile, if compared to September 2021, the rate decreased by 3,26 points.

The occupancy rate of non-star hotel in September 2022 reached 21,81 percent, decreased around 0,67 points from August 2022 which was 22,48 percent. Meanwhile, if compared to last year (September 2021), the value increased by 5,06 points from the initial value of 16,75 percent.

The average of night spent of star hotel guest in September 2022 was 1,92 days. It decreased by 0,06 days compared to August 2022.

The average of night spent of non-star hotel guests in September 2022 reached 1,43 days, decreased by 0,01 days from its value in August 2022 which was 1,44 days.

The number of tourists stayed in the star hotel in September 2022 recorded at 66.864 persons which account for 57.943 of domestic guest (86,66 percent) and 8.921 foreign guest (13,34 percent).

The number of tourists stayed in the non-star hotel in September 2022 recorded at 54.930 persons which account for 47.816 persons of domestic guest (87,05 percent) and 7.114 guest (12,95 percent).
