NTB, March 2022: Room Occupancy Rate Star and Non Star Hotels Was Increased

Abstract

The occupancy rate of star hotel in March 2022 increased compared to the previous month. The occupancy rate in March 2022 was 38,43 percent, increased by 9,12 points from its value in February 2022 which was 29,31 percent. Meanwhile, if compared to March 2021, the rate increased by 1,98 points.

The occupancy rate of non-star hotel in March 2022 reached 23,75 percent, increased around 6,34 points from February 2022 which was 17,41 percent. Meanwhile, if compared to last year (March 2021), the value increased by 8,39 points from the initial value of 15,36 percent.

The average of night spent of star hotel guest in March 2022 was 2,11 days. It increased by 0,03 days compared to February 2022.

The average of night spent of non-star hotel guests in March 2022 reached 1,50 days, increased by 0,17 days from its value in February 2022 which was 1,33 days.

The number of tourists stayed in the star hotel in March 2022 recorded at 65.426 persons which account for 63.066 of domestic guest (96,39 percent) and 2.360 foreign guest (2,61 percent).

The number of tourists stayed in the non-star hotel in March 2022 recorded at 55.271 persons which account for 54.202 persons of domestic guest (98,07 percent) and 1.069 guest (1,93 percent).
