NTB, October 2021: Room Occupancy Rate Recorded increased by 3,20 Percent

Abstract

The occupancy rate of star hotel in October 2021 increased compared to the previous month. Occupancy rate in October 2021 was 41,69 percent, increased by 3,20 points from its value in September 2021 which was 38,49 percent. Meanwhile, if compared to its value in October 2020, the rate also increased by 7,20 points.

The occupancy rate of non-star hotel in October 2021 reached 16,14 percent, decreased around 0,61 points from September 2021 which was 16,75 percent. Furthermore, if compared to the last year (October 2020), the value decreased by 0,33 points from the initial value of 16,47 percent.

The average of night spent of star hotel guest in October 2021 was 2,55 days. It increased by 0,29 compared to September 2021.

The average of night spent of non-star hotel guests in October 2021 reached 1,54 days, increased by 0,07 from its value in September 2021 which was 1,47 days.

The number of tourists stayed in the star hotel in October 2021 recorded at 48.939 persons which account for 48.192 of domestic guest (98,47 percent) and 747 foreign guest (1,53 percent).

The number of tourists stayed in the non-star hotel in October 2021 recorded at 46.576 persons which account for 46.290 persons of domestic guest (99,38 percent) and 286 of foreign guest (0,62 percent).
