Abstract

The occupancy rate of star hotel in April 2019 increased compared to March 2019. Occupancy rate in April 2019 was 39,43 percent, increased by 5,32 point from its value in March 2019 which was 34,11 percent. Meanwhile, if compared to its value in April 2018, the rate fell by 13,06 point.
The average of the night spent by guests of star hotel in April 2019 was 2,40 day. It was increased by 0,11 day compared to the average night spent in March 2019 which was 2,29 day.
The number of tourists stayed in the star hotel in April 2019 recorded at 52.405 persons which account for 39.520 persons of domestic guest (75,41 percent) and for 12.885 persons of foreign guest (24,59 percent)
The occupancy rate of non-star hotel in April 2019 reached 23,24 percent, increased around 0,34 point from March 2019 which was about 22,90 percent. While if compare to the last year (April 2018), the value decreased by 6,20 point from the value of 29,44 percent.
The average night spent of non-star hotel guests in April 2019 reached 1,60 day, increased by 0,04 day from its value in March 2019 which was about 1,56 day.
