Construction Cost Indices of Nusa Tenggara Barat Province 2023

The publication of the West Nusa Tenggara Provincial Construction Expensiveness Index 2023 is the first publication published by the West Nusa Tenggara Province BPS which contains data on the Provincial Construction Cost Index and all regencies/cities throughout West Nusa Tenggara Province. The Construction Expensiveness Index (IKK) is an index that describes the level of expensiveness of the price of construction goods and services of a district / city compared to the reference city. IKK data is obtained from the results of the Construction Cost Price Survey specifically for building or construction materials, heavy equipment rentals, and construction service wages carried out in all regencies/cities in West Nusa Tenggara.CCI data is one of the components used in the formulation of the General Allocation Fund (DAU) in addition to population, Human Development Index (HDI), area, and Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) figures per capita. This publication is intended to provide an overview of the development of IKK data in West Nusa Tenggara Province and regencies/cities throughout West Nusa Tenggara Province in 2019–2023.
