Construction Cost Index Nusa Tenggara Barat Province 2021

The publication "West Nusa Tenggara Province Construction Cost Index 2021" is the first publication published by the West Nusa Tenggara Province BPS which contains data on the Provincial Construction Cost Index and all districts/cities throughout West Nusa Tenggara Province. The Construction Cost Index (IKK) is an index that describes the level of expensiveness of the price of construction goods and services in a regency/city compared to the reference city. The IKK data is obtained from the results of the Construction Costly Price Survey specifically for building or construction materials, heavy equipment rental, and construction service fees carried out in all Regencies/Cities in West Nusa Tenggara.IKK data is one of the components used in the formulation of the General Allocation Fund (DAU) in addition to population, Human Development Index (IPM), area, and Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) per capita. This publication is intended to provide an overview of the development of IKK data in the Province of West Nusa Tenggara and districts/cities throughout the Province of West Nusa Tenggara in 2017–2021.
