Producer Price Statistics of Paddy Nusa Tenggara Barat Province 2019

The publication "West Nusa Tenggara Grain Producer Price Statistics 2019" is an annual publication published by the West Nusa Tenggara Province Central Statistics Agency. The data presented in this publication is data on grain producer prices at the district level during the period January to December 2019. The results of the monitoring survey on grain producer prices include the number of observations, the lowest and highest prices at the point of transaction, average prices according to quality groups, and grain quality components at both the farmer and milling levels.

Given that unhulled rice is a strategic commodity, the price of unhulled rice at both the farmer and milling level needs to be regulated by the Government through Presidential Instruction (Inpres) Number 5 of 2015 dated 17 March 2015 concerning Policies for Procurement of Grain / Rice and Distribution of Rice by the Government which will be effective starting 17 March 2015. This policy is needed to secure prices in order to create price stability in the market.
