Abstract

The occupancy rate of star hotel in January 2022 decreased compared to the previous month. The occupancy rate in January 2022 was 31,35 percent, decreased by 8,49 points from its value in December 2021 which was 39,84 percent. Meanwhile, if compared to January 2021, the rate increased by 11,18 points.

The occupancy rate of non-star hotel in January 2022 reached 14,21 percent, decreased around 2,68 points from December 2021 which was 16,89 percent. Meanwhile, if compared to last year (January 2021), the value increased by 0,91 points from the initial value of 13,30 percent.

The average of night spent of star hotel guest in January 2022 was 1,82 days. It decreased by 0,33 days compared to December 2021.

The average of night spent of non-star hotel guests in January 2022 reached 1,21 days, decreased by 0,16 days from its value in December 2021 which was 1,37 days.

The number of tourists stayed in the star hotel in January 2022 recorded at 48.223 persons which account for 47.322 of domestic guest (98,11 percent) and 911 foreign guest (1,89 percent).

The number of tourists stayed in the non-star hotel in January 2022 recorded at 42.213 persons which account for 41.283 persons of domestic guest (97,80 percent) and 930 foreign guest (2,20 percent).
