NTB, March 2018: ROR of Star-rated Hotels Rises by 10.72 points

·         The occupancy rate of star hotel in March 2018 was increased compared to February 2018. Occupancy rate in February 2018 was 40,60 percent, increased by 10,72 point in March 2018 in which the occupancy rate documented at 51,32 percent . Furthermore, if compared to its value in March 2018, the rate slightly increased by 1,54 point.

·         The average of night spent of the guests of star hotel in March 2018 was 1,90 day. It was decline by 0,21 day compare to the average night spent in February 2018 that was 2,11 day. Furthermore, If compare to the average in March 2017 which was about 2,05 day, the average night spent decreased by 0,15 day.

·         The number of tourists stayed in the star hotel in March 2018 recorded at 83.803 person which account for 66.135 person domestic  guest (78,92 percent) and for 17.668 person foreign guest (21,08 percent)

·         The occupancy rate of non-star hotel in March 2018 reached 31,75 percent, grew around 6,11 point from February 2018 which was around 25,64 percent. As if compare to the last year (March 2018), it was increased by 7,25 point from 24,50 percent.

·         The average night spent of non-star hotel guests in March 2018 reached 1,90 day, slighly declined by 0,01 from its value in February 2018.  Meanwhile, comparing to March 2017  the average night spent increased about 0,12 day.
