Agricultural Potential of Nusa Tenggara Barat Province: Challenges and Profiles of Leading Commodities Towards Sustainable Agriculture

Agriculture plays a vital role in economic development and food security in West Nusa Tenggara Province. The majority of the population of West Nusa Tenggara Province depends on the agricultural sector for their livelihood. The changes and challenges faced by this sector will have a significant impact on the welfare of West Nusa Tenggara Province. The publication entitled Agricultural Potential of West Nusa Tenggara Province: Challenges and Profiles of Leading Commodities Towards Sustainable Agriculture comes in the midst of efforts to build a more resilient, adaptive, and sustainable agricultural system, with the hope of bringing progress to the nation. This book delves deeper into the challenges and profiles faced by leading commodities in West Nusa Tenggara Province by using data from the 2023 Agricultural Census and other relevant sources. Through a comprehensive analysis, we try to map untapped potential, formulate solutions to existing problems, and provide references in formulating more targeted policies.
