Labour Force Profile in Nusa Tenggara Barat Province Based-on National Labour Force Survey in August 2021

The publication of the Nusa Tenggara Barat Provincial Employment Profile is intended to provide a brief overview of employment conditions in West Nusa Tenggara (NTB). The data presented is based on the results of the National Labor Force Survey (Sakernas) for August 2021 and the Sakernas data series in August 2019 and 2020. Sakernas August 2019 data has been backcasting using a counterweight to the results of the 2015 SUPAS projection. The employment concept used refers to The Labor Force Concept suggested by the International Labor Organization (ILO).In general, this publication presents basic information related to employment, such as population participation in the labor force, employment, employment status, type of work, as well as the average working hours a week that describes labor productivity in NTB Province. In addition, this publication is also equipped with metadata to help data users fully understand how data is collected so as not to be mistaken in interpreting sakernas data results.
