Profile of Manpower of Nusa Tenggara Barat Province Based on Sakernas August Result 2020

The publication of the Employment Profile of West Nusa Tenggara Province is intended to provide a brief overview of labor conditions in West Nusa Tenggara (NTB). The data presented is based on the results of the National Labor Force Survey (Sakernas) for the conditions of August 2020 and the Sakernas data series for August 2018 and 2019 which have backcasting is carried out using a weighting of the 2015 SUPAS projection. The concept of employment used refers to The Labor Force Concept recommended by the International Labor Organization (ILO).In general, this publication provides basic information related to employment, such as population participation in the labor force, employment, employment status, type of work, and average working hours a week that describes labor productivity in NTB Province. In addition, this publication is also equipped with metadata to help data users fully understand how the data is collected so that they are not mistaken in interpreting the Sakernas data.
