In February 2025, the occupancy rate (TPK) of star-rated hotels was 32.75%, down 3.63 points from January 2025 (36.38%) and 2.65 points from February 2024 (35.40%). Non-star-rated hotels recorded a TPK of 22.94%, decreasing by 0.96 points from January 2025 (23.90%) and 1.59 points from February 2024 (24.53%). The average length of stay (ALS) at star-rated hotels was 1.91 days, up 0.02 days from the previous month. At non-star-rated hotels, ALS also increased by 0.02 days to 1.64 days. The number of guests at star-rated hotels in February 2025 was 83,616, comprising 56,992 domestic (68.16%) and 26,624 international guests (31.84%). Non-star-rated hotels hosted 59,985 guests, with 42,911 domestic (71.54%) and 17,074 international guests (28.46%).
