Abstract

🟢 The export value in August 2022 was US$ 219.59 million, a decrease of 39.95 percent compared to July 2022. When compared to August 2021, it experienced an increase of 80.87 percent. 
🟢 The largest export value in August 2022 was aimed at South Korea at 48.48 percent, followed by China at 31.67 percent, then Japan at 17.03 percent. 
🟢 The largest group of export commodities in NTB Province in August 2022 was Non-Oil and Gas Excavated Goods/Mines of US$ 212,764,147 (96.90 percent), Fish and Shrimp of US$ 3,920,405 (1.79 percent), Fruit of US$ 1,098,052 (0.50 percent), Processed Meat and Fish of US$ 572,853 (0.26 percent), and Salt, Sulfur, Lime of US$ 381,470 (0.17 percent). 
🟢 The import value in August 2022 was US$ 17.95 million. This means that imports have increased by 41.10 percent compared to july 2022 imports of US$ 12.72 million. August 2022 imports came from Japan (47.97 percent), the United States (19.29 percent), the Philippines (17.90 percent), Australia (8.92 percent), and Malaysia (5.60 percent). 
🟢 The groups of imported commodities with the largest value in August 2022 were Rubber and Rubber Goods (48.03 percent), Explosives (17.20 percent), Machinery / Mechanical Aircraft (15.07 percent), Vehicles and Parts (6.64 percent), and Mineral Fuels (5.60 percent).
