NTB, August 2022: The Number of Passengers via Sea Transport Increased

▪ The number of passengers debarking through sea transport in August 2022 increased by 9,24 percent. Moreover, the number of passengers embarking also increased by 14,86 percent.

▪ Unloaded goods at seaport in August 2022 increased by 20,86 percent from its value in July 2022. Meanwhile, the number of loaded goods decreased by 24,18 percent.

▪ In August 2022, there were 83.260 inbound passengers via domestic flights, an 8,72 percent decrease from July 2022. The number of inbound passengers via international flight in August 2022 was 5.646 persons, a 48,11 percent decrease compared to the previous month.

▪ Outbound passengers on domestic flights totalled 88.512 persons in August 2022, a decrease of 3,38 percent from July 2022. The number of outbound passengers via international flight in August 2022 was 4.289 persons, an increase of 38,35 percent compared to the previous month.
