Abstract

The export value in April 2022 was US$ 361.88 million, an increase of 70.62 percent compared to March 2022. When compared to April 2021, it experienced an increase of 130.10 percent.

The largest export value in April 2022 was aimed at Japan at 74.01 percent, followed by South Korea at 25.73 percent, then the United States at 0.11 percent.

The largest group of export commodities in NTB Province in April 2022 was Non-Oil and Gas Excavated/Mining Goods of US$ 360,629,149 (99.65 percent), Jewelry / Gems of US$ 425,649 (0.12 percent), Fish and Shrimp of US$ 407,836 (0.11 percent), Salt, Sulfur, Lime of US$ 214,327 (0.06 percent), and Furniture, Home Lighting of US$ 131,513 (0.04 percent).

The import value in April 2022 was US$ 13.84 million. This means that imports have decreased by 43.06 percent compared to march 2022 imports of US$ 24.35 million. April 2022 imports came from Thailand (63.26 percent), Singapore (14.86 percent), the United States (11.67 percent), and Australia (4.64 percent).

The groups of imported commodities with the largest value in April 2022 were Sugar and Confectionery (63.26 percent), Machinery / Mechanical Aircraft (19.86), Objects from Iron and Steel (5.43 percent), Explosives (4.17 percent), and Electrical Machinery / Equipment (2.55 percent).
