Abstract
The occupancy rate of star hotels
in September 2020 increased compared to the previous month. The occupancy rate
in September 2020 was 31,93 percent, an increase of 4,88 points from the
previous month’s value of 27,05 percent. Meanwhile, compared to its value in September
2019, the rate fell by 15,92 points.
The occupancy rate of
non-star hotels in September 2020 was 16,89 percent, an increase of 0,20 point
from August 2020. Meanwhile, when compared to September of last year, the value
fell by 8,00 points from the initial value of 24,89 percent.
The average number of nights
spent in star hotels in September 2020 was 1,72 days. When compared to August
2020, it increased by 0,13 days.
The average number of nights
spent by non-star hotel guests in September 2020 reached 1,18 days, an increase
of 0,08 day from its value in August 2020, which was 1,26 days.
The number of guests staying
in the star hotel in September 2020 was recorded at 27.933, which accounted for
27.669 domestic guests (99,05 percent) and 264 foreign guests (0,95 percent).
The number of guests staying
in the non-star hotel in September 2020 was recorded at 43.763, which accounted
for 43.763 domestic guests (99,78 percent) and 96 foreign guests (0,22 percent).
