Abstract

The export value of West Nusa Tenggara Province in August 2018 amounting to US $ 33,548,833 experienced a decrease of 21.06 percent compared to the export in July 2018 which was valued at US $ 42,499,696. Exports in August 2018 were the largest in China at 94.59 percent, Australia at 2.68 percent and the United States at 1.15 percent.

The biggest type of export goods for NTB Province in August 2018 are non-oil / mining / mining goods worth US $ 31,673,299 (94.41 percent); jewelery / jewel worth US $ 1,247,099 (3.72 percent), processed meat and fish amounting to US $ 281,331 (0.84 percent) and salt, sulfur, lime worth US $ 157,001 (0.47 percent).

Import value in August 2018 is valued at US $ 43,594,634. This means that imports have increased by 37.36 percent compared to imports in July 2018 of US $ 31,737,589. Most of the imports are from Finland (92.67%) and the United States (3.01%).

The types of imported goods with the highest value are machinery / electrical equipment (79.95%), machinery / mechanical aircraft (12.94%) and objects of iron and steel (4.12%).
