NTB, April 2018: ROR Star Hotel Reached 52,49 Pecent

·         The occupancy rate of star hotel in April 2018 was increased compared to March 2018. Occupancy rate in April 2018 was 52,49 percent, increased by 1,17 point from its value in March 2018 which was 51,32 percent . Furthermore, if compared to its value in April 2018, the rate slightly increased by 0,80 point.

·         The average of night spent of the guests of star hotel in April 2018 was 2,00 day. It was increase by 0,10 day compare to the average night spent in March 2018 that was 1,90 day. Furthermore, If compare to the average in April 2017 which was about 1,84 day, the average night spent increased by 0,16 day.

·         The number of tourists stayed in the star hotel in April 2018 recorded at 90.652 person which account for 69.116 person domestic  guest (76,24 percent) and for 21.536 person foreign guest (23,86 percent)

·         The occupancy rate of non-star hotel in April 2018 reached 29,44 percent, fell around 2,31 point from March 2018 which was around 31,75 percent. Meanwhile, if compare to the last year (April 2018),the value increased by 3,29 point from 26,15 percent.

·         The average night spent of non-star hotel guests in April 2018 reached 1,83 day, slighly declined by 0,07 from its value in March 2018.  As if compare to April 2017  the average night spent increased about 0,01 day.
