NTB February 2018: Number of Passengers Coming Through Air Transports Down 3.56 Percent

Abstract

·         Both debarcation and embarcation passenger by sea transport in February 2018 were increased compate to January 2018 around 68,30 percent and 26,74 percent, respectively.

·         Unloaded goods at sea port in February 2018 fell by 15,60 percent from its value in January 2018. As for the number of loaded goods also experience significant decreased by 83,58 percent.

·         Inbound passenger through domestic flight in February 2018 recorded as many as 137.873 person, fell about 3,78 percent from January 2018. International flight also experience decreased trend in which inbound passenger decreased by 0,56 percent to 10.493 person in February 2018.

·         Outbound passenger in February 2018 through domestic flight was about 137.221 person, decreased around 3,95 percent from January 2018. On contrary, the number of outbound passenger embark using international flight increased by 0,07 percent from 9.930 person in January 2018 to 9.937 person in February 2018.  

·         Unloaded freight in February 2018 through domestic flight documented at 603.805 Kg, fell by 12,41 percent from January 2018. Moreover, loaded freight in February 2018 also fell by 29,23 percent from its value in the previous month.
