Abstract

Farmers Exchange Rate calculation using the base year 2012 = 100 where in September 2015 recorded Farmers Exchange Rate Rice & Crops (NTPP) amounted to 103.07; Horticulture Farmers Exchange Rate (NTPH) 94.52; Value Crops Smallholder Farmers Exchange (NTPR) 96.59; Farmers Livestock Exchange (NTPT) 118.36 and Exchange Farmer Fisheries (NTNP) 103.08. Farmers Exchange Rate Fisheries (NTNP) broken down into NTP Fishing (NTN) recorded 108.90 and NTP Aquaculture (NTPi) recorded 93.64. Jointly, Farmers Exchange Rate NTB at 104.78 which means that NTP in September increased 0.62 percent when compared with August by Farmer Terms of 104.14.

Exchange Farming NTB Province obtained from the quotient between the index received by farmers with the index of production costs and the addition of capital goods (BPPBM), in September 2015 recorded 109.78 which represented an increase of 0.99 percent compared to August with Exchange Farming 108.71.

Of the 33 provinces that reported in September 2015, there are 24 provinces experienced an increase in NTP and 9 provinces decreased NTP. The highest increase occurred in the province of South Sulawesi, which amounted to 2.05 percent, where the prices received index increased by 2.41 percent, while the largest NTP decline occurred in the province of Babylon, namely 0.96 percent, where the index received by farmers fell by 0.50 percent.

In September 2015, inflation in rural areas in West Nusa Tenggara Province of 0.51 percent. Inflation is caused due to an increase in the index of household consumption expenditure in 6 groups, namely the group Food (0.92%), Transportation and Communications (0.46%), Health (0.41%), Clothing (0.15%), Housing (0.13%), and the group of Food, Beverages, Cigarettes & Tobacco (0.01%) and only the group Education, Recreation & Sports, index declines in household consumption by 0.02%.
